Terms of Service
Alpha (early-access) release. Last updated June 2026.
Alpha access
Trusted Directive is currently offered as a limited alpha to invited participants for evaluation purposes. By using the alpha, you agree to these terms. They will be replaced by full terms of service before any general availability or paid launch.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Please provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable use
Use the alpha only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to store. Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other participants' data.
Service availability
Because this is an alpha, features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued, and the service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties. We recommend keeping your own copies of any important documents you store during the alpha.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Trusted Directive is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the alpha. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed to the Trusted Directive team through the contact provided with your alpha invitation.
These alpha terms are provided for transparency and are not a substitute for the full terms of service that will accompany a general release.
