Privacy Policy
Alpha (early-access) release. Last updated June 2026.
About this notice
Trusted Directive is currently in a limited alpha release made available to a small group of invited participants. This notice explains, in plain terms, how we handle information during the alpha. It will be expanded into a full privacy policy before any general availability or paid launch.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect the information you provide directly, such as your name and email address. When you use the app, we collect the content and files you choose to store, along with basic technical information about how the app is used so we can keep it working and improve it during the alpha.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to operate your account, provide the alpha service, respond to your requests, and understand how the product is working so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on third-party cloud infrastructure to host the application and store data on our behalf. These providers process information only to provide their services to us.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Because this is an alpha, some features and controls are still being built.
Contact
Questions about this notice or your information can be directed to the Trusted Directive team through the contact provided with your alpha invitation.
This alpha notice is provided for transparency and is not a substitute for the full legal privacy policy that will accompany a general release.
